Coventry sign Seattle Sounders midfielder Andy Rose

League One side Coventry City have completed the signing of Seattle Sounders midfielder Andy Rose.

The 25-year-old has agreed a deal at the Ricoh Arena until June 2017, subject to international clearance.

"We had Andy over for a trial and during that time, he impressed me with his athleticism and the attributes he brings to the position," manager Tony Mowbray told the club's official website.

"Andy will have to learn the way we play and he showed good progress during his trial period so I'm looking forward to working with him further."

Rose has made over 80 appearances for the Sounders following his arrival from Ventura County Fusion in 2012.
