Report: Branislav Ivanovic wants Bayern Munich move

A report claims that Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic is open to the possibility of joining Bayern Munich this summer.

Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic is reportedly interested in joining Bayern Munich at the end of the season.

Since joining Chelsea from Lokomotiv Moscow in 2008, the 31-year-old has developed into one of the finest defenders in European football.

The Serbian has also registered an impressive 31 goals during his time in English football, including four in the Premier League this season.

According to Bild, however, Ivanovic would welcome a change of scenery at the end of the season and Bayern are said to be preparing a summer move.

It is also believed that Bayern will offer Ivanovic the chance to play in his preferred position of centre-back.
