Report: Chelsea close in on Andrej Kramaric capture

Chelsea are reportedly in advanced talks to sign Croatian striker Andrej Kramaric in the New Year.

The 23-year-old has attracted the interest of Europe's elite in recent months having scored 28 goals in the same number of games for club side Rijeka so far this term.

Both Tottenham Hotspur and Juventus are thought to have made a move for the youngster, although Croatian publication Sportske claims that it is the Blues who are winning the race for his signature.

Kramaric is expected to move to Stamford Bridge for a nominal fee should a deal go through.
