Newcastle United are reportedly giving consideration to making an approach for Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi.
Despite being required to ensure that they remain in line with FFP this summer, Newcastle have already enjoyed a productive couple of weeks in the transfer market.
Burnley goalkeeper Nick Pope and Lille defender Sven Botman have both arrived at St James' Park in big-money deals.
However, if reports are to be believed, head coach Eddie Howe remains intent on strengthening his options in midfield and the final third.
According to 90min, Hudson-Odoi has been included on a shortlist of a number of potential transfer targets for the remainder of the summer window.

The 21-year-old has proven to be a valuable squad member under Thomas Tuchel, the academy graduate being used as a wing-back as well as his favoured wide attacking role.
While Hudson-Odoi made a total of 28 appearances in all competitions during 2021-22, just 11 of those outings came in starting lineups in the Premier League.
Furthermore, the three-cap England international missed the remaining two-and-a-half months of the campaign with an Achilles issue.
Although Hudson-Odoi has since returned to training and is due to play a full part in pre-season, it remains to be seen whether Tuchel would considering selling the homegrown talent before the end of August.
The player has two years remaining on his contract at Stamford Bridge and it is currently unclear whether discussions over fresh terms are underway.

The report adds that Newcastle may prioritise a bid for Bayer Leverkusen attacker Moussa Diaby, a player who has been linked with the club for a number of months.
Talks have allegedly being held between intermediaries on both sides with the Bundesliga outfit said to be open to a £40m deal.
However, with the 22-year-old possessing a contract until the end of 2024-25 and the club participating in next season's Champions League, Leverkusen may not feel in a rush to sell one of their most prized assets.
Everton's Anthony Gordon is also mentioned as a potential target but the Toffees are expected to reject any bid for the fans' favourite having already parted ways with Richarlison.
