Frank Lampard nearing Los Angeles Galaxy deal?

Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard is understood to be nearing a deal with Los Angeles Galaxy.

Lampard's agent recently revealed that the England international would be leaving Stamford Bridge at the end of the current season.

Contract talks between the 34-year-old and the Major League Soccer champions are now believed to be at an advanced stage, according to the London Evening Standard.

Lampard has scored five goals in his last eight games for Chelsea in all competitions.
