Didier Drogba future to be sorted "soon"

Didier Drogba has revealed that he intends to announce which club he will be joining "soon".

The veteran striker is available on a free transfer after his contract expired with European champions Chelsea.

The 34-year-old, who has been linked with moves to the Middle East and China, has confessed that he is nearing a decision.

"The next step is interesting," said Drogba. "I will announce it soon. But as of now, you will just have to wait."

Drogba spent eight seasons with the Blues.
