Chelsea have reportedly placed a £10m price tag on striker Patrick Bamford.
The 21-year-old is said to be a target of Newcastle United, West Bromwich Albion and Sunderland.
Bamford spent last season on loan at Middlesbrough, where he won the Championship Player of the Year award after scoring 17 goals in 38 appearances.
It is thought that he has not been guaranteed a place in Jose Mourinho's first-team squad at Stamford Bridge for next season, despite his exploits in the second tier.
The Blues have told potential suitors that it will take at least £10m to sign the England Under-21 international, according to The Chronicle.
Bamford joined Chelsea from Nottingham Forest in 2012.
