Chelsea keeping tabs on Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele?

Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele has allegedly emerged as a potential transfer target for Chelsea.

While the Blues are well stocked for options in the final third, Willian, Pedro and Olivier Giroud may all leave Stamford Bridge in the summer.

That would lead to Frank Lampard wanting to bring in replacements, especially on the flanks given the recent injury records of Christian Pulisic and Callum Hudson-Odoi.

According to reports in Spain, Chelsea are prepared to pay as much as €80m (£72.94m) for the France international during the next transfer window.

Although that would represent a considerable financial loss for Barcelona, club officials may be open to parting ways with a player who has suffered a succession of injuries.

The 22-year-old has made just five starts and four substitute outings in La Liga and the Champions League during the current campaign.
