Chelsea on brink of £8m deal for Stoke City stopper Asmir Begovic?

Chelsea are reportedly on the brink of sealing an £8m move for Stoke City goalkeeper Asmir Begovic.

Sky Sports News suggests that the Blues are closing in on a deal to bring the 28-year-old to Stamford Bridge, but the Potters will only be willing to sell once they complete their own move for veteran stopper Shay Given.

Given completed a medical at Stoke on Thursday and is now in the process of looking to finalise the terms of his release from Aston Villa.
