What to expect from deadline day?

As has been the case all window, and for many of the past windows since Todd Boehly's takeover, Chelsea have stolen many of the headlines as the highest-spending club this summer, and their business is not done yet.

A new striker is on their agenda, with Victor Osimhen thought to be their top target and Ivan Toney considered an option too.

There are also likely to be quite a few outgoings from the Blues' bloated squad - most notably Raheem Sterling, who has brutally been told that he won't get any minutes under Enzo Maresca, and Ben Chilwell, who has been linked with a number of clubs, the latest of which is Brentford.

Manchester United are expected to complete the signing of Manuel Ugarte, Newcastle could make a FIFTH attempt to prise Marc Guehi from Crystal Palace and many, many more deals are likely to be done too!
