Team News: Ryan Bertrand makes first league start

Ryan Bertrand will make his first Premier League start for Chelsea against Wigan Athletic this afternoon.

The full-back has replaced Ashley Cole, while Didier Drogba will start up front as a lone striker.

Captain John Terry will miss the match because of a rib injury, with his place going to Gary Cahill.

Franco Di Santo will start against his former club for visiting Wigan at Stamford Bridge.
