Preview: Chelsea vs. Everton

Sports Mole previews Everton's trip to Stamford Bridge to face Premier League leaders Chelsea.

Chelsea will head into their Premier League match against Everton at Stamford Bridge on Saturday knowing that victory will keep them at the top of the table.

Captain John Terry is expected to return from a muscular strain which has kept him out of the team's last three matches.

Marco van Ginkel remains sidelined with an ACL injury, but Jose Mourinho has an otherwise fully fit squad for the visit of the Toffees.

The match comes just four days before the Blues face a trip to Turkey to play Galatasaray in the Champions League, so Mourinho may look to rotate his squad.

Meanwhile, Roberto Martinez has been boosted by news that Steven Naismith has recovered from a delayed concussion, which he sustained after scoring in the FA Cup last weekend.

However, on-loan striker Romelu Lukaku, who is nearing a return from an ankle injury, is ineligible to play against his parent club.

Chelsea are still unbeaten at home this season, and have not lost in their last 11 outings in the top flight, while Everton have lost just twice in their last seven games.

When the two sides met at Goodison Park in September, a Naismith goal clinched a 1-0 win for Everton.
