The father of Chelsea and Nigeria midfielder John Obi Mikel has been found safe and well in the Nigerian city of Kano after being kidnapped earlier this month.
Michael Obi was last seen in the city of Jos on Friday, August 12 and his car was found abandoned there last week.
His abductors have now been arrested and are being held in Jos.
Despite his father's abduction, Mikel took part in Chelsea's matches against Stoke City and West Bromwich Albion.
