Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has played down the impact that summer signing Diego Costa has had on the team this season.
The striker has enjoyed a blistering start to life at Stamford Bridge, scoring 11 goals in 13 appearances for the Blues.
However, Mourinho insists that Spaniard would not be the success that he is without such a hard-working group of players behind him.
"Without the team Diego has behind him Diego is nothing," he told the club's official website. "He's playing well and scoring goals but the team is producing a lot.
"It's not fair to speak about individuals when the team is very good. You look to our team and the players we brought in – Thibaut [Courtois], [Cesc] Fabregas, Diego, Filipe [Luis] – and all of them are improving the team."
Chelsea can reach the last 16 of the Champions League tonight with a win over Schalke 04 in Germany.
