Nemanja Matic: 'Chelsea not getting carried away'

Nemanja Matic insists that Chelsea are not getting carried away by thoughts of winning the Premier League despite opening up a four-point gap at the top of the table.

Nemanja Matic has insisted that Chelsea are not getting carried away by thoughts of winning the Premier League despite being four points clear at the top of the table.

The Blues extended their advantage in the title race on Saturday thanks to a 3-1 win at Fulham. Meanwhile, rivals Arsenal were beaten at Stoke City.

"Like we said before, we will play game by game, to win every game if it is possible and we don't look too much at other clubs," Matic told the club's official website. "But for us it is good if our rivals lose some points and on Saturday Arsenal lost so that is good for us."

Chelsea are back in action this Saturday when they entertain Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.
