David Luiz insists that he has no intention of leaving Chelsea.

Chelsea defender David Luiz has said that he would like to remain at Stamford Bridge for a long time.

Luiz, who arrived at the club last winter under former boss Carlo Ancelotti, claims that his move from Benfica was a big break and that he has no intention of leaving the team in the near future.

"To come here was a big opportunity in my life," he told the club's official website. "I love this job. I want to stay here for a long time.

"For me the best thing is the people here who have become my friends very quickly. I will always remember the first time I pulled on the Chelsea shirt for a game and I still love doing it."

Meanwhile, the Brazil international has said that he believes Chelsea can still win the Premier League.
