Henrique Hilario has signed a one-year extension to his contract at Chelsea.
It was recently reported that the goalkeeper would be free to leave the club when his contract expired this summer, but he will now see through a sixth season at Stamford Bridge.
The Portuguese player joined the Blues in June 2006, since which he has made 37 appearances for the club.
He played just one game last season.
