Chelsea bidding to equal all-time club unbeaten record against Everton

Chelsea play host to Everton in the Premier League on Thursday night looking to equal an all-time club home record.

However, Chelsea have been dominant against the Toffees in West London since 1994, going 26 games without suffering defeat in the top flight.

During that time, the current European champions have posted 15 victories and 11 draws, and it puts them on the brink of equalling their own record.

Should Chelsea avoid defeat against the Merseyside outfit on Thursday evening, they will match their 27-game streak versus Tottenham Hotspur from between 1990 and 2016.

On a positive note for Everton, they have put together a five-game unbeaten streak in top-flight fixtures played on a Thursday.
