Cech out for three weeks

Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech has been ruled out for up to three weeks with a groin injury.

The 30-year-old was forced off with the problem during his side's 2-1 win at Everton in the Premier League on Sunday.

When asked how long the shotstopper would be sidelined for, interim manager Rafael Benitez told the club's official website: "Two or three weeks. We are quite optimistic."

Cech has played 31 games in all competitions for Chelsea this season.
