Preview: Chelsea vs. Manchester United

Chelsea vs. Man United

Chelsea welcome Manchester United to Stamford Bridge in the League Cup on Wednesday just three days after their pulsating Premier League clash.

Red cards and offside decisions marred United's 3-2 victory over Roberto Di Matteo's side, but the Blues will have the chance to inflict immediate revenge when the pair clash in the fourth round of the cup.

Chelsea still top the Premier League by a point despite their defeat at the weekend, but they have now lost four of their last five meetings with Sir Alex Ferguson's side.

Both sides are expected to make a host of changes to their lineups, with Daniel Sturridge, Marko Marin and Victor Moses almost certain to start for the home side.

Meanwhile, United are expected to name an inexperienced defence, although Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs could both provide experience in the midfield.

Sports Mole says: 2-2 (Chelsea to win on penalties)
