Chelsea team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Fulham

Sports Mole rounds up all of Chelsea's injury and suspension news ahead of Saturday's Premier League clash with Fulham.

Chelsea will be looking to put their disappointing Premier League form behind them when they make the trip to London rivals Fulham on Saturday.

The Blues have won just one of their last six top-flight outings, losing four of those in a run that has seen them slip down the division.

Frank Lampard's men did see off Morecambe 4-0 in the FA Cup third round last time out, though, and will have a full week's rest between matches.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of Chelsea's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the game at Craven Cottage.

Reece James

Status: Major doubt
Type of injury: Knee/hamstring
Possible return date: January 16 (vs. Fulham)

Reece James has not featured in Chelsea's last three matches because of a combination of knee and hamstring injuries. The England international does not require surgery, as was first feared, but he remains doubtful for this match.

Andreas Christensen

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: January 16 (vs. Fulham)

Centre-back Andreas Christensen sustained a knee injury in the build-up to one of Aston Villa's goals on December 28 and has not featured since. However, he is now back in training and Lampard expects to have the Dane back next weekend.

N'Golo Kante

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Hamstring
Possible return date: January 16 (vs. Fulham)

N'Golo Kante was not involved against Morecambe because of a hamstring complaint originating from the recent loss to Manchester City. The Frenchman will be assessed ahead of the trip to Fulham.

CHELSEA'S SUSPENSION LIST

Chelsea have no players suspended for this London derby.
