Chelsea team news: Injury, suspension list vs. AC Milan

Chelsea will be looking to win successive games for the first time this season when they play host to AC Milan in a mouth-watering Champions League matchup on Tuesday.

The Blues secured their first victory of the Graham Potter era on Saturday when they edged out London rivals Crystal Palace 2-1 at Selhurst Park.

They now turn their attention to the Champions League, where they are currently rooted to the bottom of Group E after picking up just one point from their opening two games.

Edouard Mendy was withdrawn from international duty with Senegal back in September due to a knee problem and the 30-year-old goalkeeper's participation on Tuesday is a doubt despite recently returning to team training.

Jorginho was forced off injured 11 minutes into the second half against Crystal Palace on Saturday and while the severity of his injury is currently being assessed, the Italian midfielder, who has started six of Chelsea's nine games this season, is unlikely to feature against the Rossoneri.

Marc Cucurella was absent from the trip to Crystal Palace on Saturday after falling ill during the international break, but the former Brighton and Hove Albion defender is in line to return in midweek.
