Daniel Sturridge has admitted that Chelsea were disappointed with the 1-1 draw against Birmingham City in the FA Cup fifth round.
The striker grabbed the equaliser for Chelsea, meaning that a replay at St. Andrews will be needed to separate the two sides.
The 22-year-old admitted that his side were hoping to get the job done at Stamford Bridge, but will take the positives from the match and push on in the next few games.
"We are disappointed with the result, of course, because we are playing at home and we wanted to get the victory and go into the next game in the Champions League with confidence," Sturridge told ESPN.
"We weren't able to win the game but we played good football and we are going to push on now from here. I don't think any team playing at home would want a draw against a team in the league below, but it's important that we move on from here.
"We played some great football today and we aren't going to forget that going into the next game."
Chelsea travel to Italy for the Champions League tie with Napoli on Tuesday night.
