Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is reportedly planning to drop Diego Costa, Cesc Fabregas and Branislav Ivanovic from the starting XI to face Maccabi Tel Aviv in the Champions League on Wednesday evening.
The reigning Premier League champions have made a poor start to the season, as the side currently sit in 17th place in the table with just four points from five matches, and a number of players have been accused of performing badly.
According to The Times, the Portuguese coach will replace the trio with Loic Remy, Oscar and new signing Baba Rahman.
The newspaper also suggests that Chelsea owner Roman Abramovic is still fully supportive of his manager despite the poor run.
Chelsea have made their worst start to a season since 1988.
