Benfica manager Jorge Jesus says that Chelsea were lucky in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final.

Benfica boss Jorge Jesus has claimed that Chelsea are lucky to be holding a first-leg lead in their Champions League quarter-final encounter.

The Blues beat the Lisbon club 1-0 at the Estadio da Luz last week.

Jesus admitted that Roberto Di Matteo's men hold the upper hand in tonight's return leg at Stamford Bridge, but said that they are lucky to be doing so.

"Chelsea obviously have the upper hand, but we are going to approach this game in the same manner as we would have if we had won the first game," said Jesus.

"Chelsea had quite a lot of luck in the first match, considering we dominated the match. We have the quality to win this game, obviously, and I'm sure that - this time round - we can turn the tables on Chelsea and do the same as they did in Lisbon.

"They came out to play for a 0-0 draw and ended up getting a win."

Barcelona await the victors of tonight's clash following their 3-1 win over AC Milan.
