Charlton Athletic boss Bob Peeters after more signings

Charlton Athletic boss Bob Peeters reveals that he is eager to add more players to his squad before transfer deadline day.

Charlton Athletic boss Bob Peeters has revealed that he is still looking to sign new players before the end of the transfer window.

The Addicks have brought in 10 new faces so far this summer, with eight of those arriving at the club for free.

Despite already making significant changes to his squad in the past few weeks, Peeters remains on the hunt for further additions.

"We are still looking for players because you need a big squad in the Championship as there are going to be a lot of games," he is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News. "We only want to bring players who can fit into Charlton and be 100% ready to play here."

Charlton return to Championship action on Saturday when they host Wigan Athletic.
