Former Rangers manager Walter Smith has claimed that Celtic deserve to win the league title regardless of his old club's financial situation.
Rangers were deducted 10 points after entering administration but Smith believes that Celtic's superiority as a club has been clear this season.
Smith said: "No doubt the circumstances they have been in have affected the team on the pitch, but you have to look at the club overall. The team that wins the league deserves it - because it is a test of your club and not just 11 players on the pitch.
"It is a test of your whole club, the organisation and the way it is being run. Rangers haven't been good enough in that aspect."
Celtic are approaching their first title triumph in four years.
