Team News: Aleksandar Tonev starts on bench for Celtic's clash against Astra Giurgiu

Celtic winger Aleksandar Tonev will start tonight's Europa League Group D clash against Astra Giurgiu on the bench after he was given a seven-match domestic ban for racially abusing Aberdeen's Shay Logan.

Tonev's hopes of starting were boosted when Anthony Stokes was forced home with a sore throat, but the Aston Villa loanee has failed to make the first XI.

Goalkeeper Craig Gordon will start for the Scottish outfit, despite missing last weekend's action with a knee injury, while Serbian forward Stefan Scepovic will lead the line up front.

Leigh Griffiths has been named on the bench by manager Ronny Deila.
