Team News: Dele Alli starts against Carlisle United

MK Dons forward Dele Alli is declared fit to face Carlisle United after shaking off a calf injury.

Dele Alli will start for MK Dons in their game at Carlisle United after shaking off a calf problem picked up in last week's encounter at Crewe Alexandra.

Manager Karl Robinson has opted for Tom Flanagan at the back in the absence Shaun Williams, who left the club to join Millwall.

Meanwhile, United boss Graham Kavanagh decides against giving Aston Villa youngster Michael Drennan his first start since joining the Cumbrians on a month-long loan deal. The 19-year-old is named among the substitutes.

The Blues are without defenders Conor Townsend and Chris Chantler due to injury, while centre-back Max Ehmer has been recalled by his parent club Queens Park Rangers.

Carlisle: Fleming, Chimbonda, O'Hanlon, Meppen-Walter, Robson, Potts, Noble, Berrett, Amoo, Miller, Lawrence

MK Dons: Martin, Hodson, Flanagan, Kay, Lewington; Potter, Gleeson; Reeves, Alli, Carruthers; Long
