Team News: Kevin Nolan returns for West Ham United

Kevin Nolan has returned from suspension to take his place in the West Ham United starting lineup for this afternoon's trip to Cardiff City.

Arsenal loanee Henri Lansbury has also come into the team, taking the place of Winston Reid.

David Marshall has returned in goal for Carling Cup finalists Cardiff, while Mark Hudson has been deemed fit enough to start in defence.
