Man admits to football fan killing

A man who killed a Cardiff City fan outside Wembley Stadium has admitted to manslaughter.

Ian Mytton, 41, from Redditch, Worcestershire caused Michael Dye, 44, to suffer fatal head injuries before England's Euro 2012 qualifier against Wales.

Dye, a father-of-three from Cardiff, suffered a fractured skull on a concourse next to the stadium and was found injured outside Gate C.

Mytton pleaded guilty at the Old Bailey via video link from jail.

He will be sentenced on December 21.
