Three changes for Cardiff City

Cardiff City manager Malky Mackay has made three changes for Crystal Palace's visit to Wales in the Carling Cup semi-final this evening.

Captain Mark Hudson has picked up a slight knock and misses the match, with the armband being handed to Stephen McPhail.

Tom Heaton returns to keep goal, meaning that David Marshall drops down to the bench.

Visiting Palace start with Nathaniel Clyne at right-back, while Chris Martin partners Glenn Murray in attack.

Cardiff: Heaton; Blake, Taylor, Gerrard, Turner; Whittingham, Cowie, Conway, Gunnarsson, McPhail; Miller

Palace: Speroni; Clyne, Parr, McCarthy, Gardner; Ambrose, Dikgacoi, Jedinak, Zaha; Murray, Martin
