Cardiff in line for Europa League spot

Cardiff look likely to be handed a Europa League spot should they defeat Liverpool in the Carling Cup final on February 26.

The FA are reportedly locked in talks with UEFA and are expected to make an announcement to confirm the decision shortly.

Cardiff are in Championship action against Southampton on Tuesday evening.
