Saturday's Serie A predictions including Spezia vs. Cagliari

Sports Mole provides score predictions for both of Saturday's Serie A fixtures - Crotone vs. Bologna and Spezia vs. Cagliari.

With their chances of Serie A survival rapidly diminishing, rock-bottom Crotone will seek a rare top-flight win against mid-table Bologna at Stadio Ezio Scida on Saturday.

After winning at home last weekend, the visitors look set for a comfortable conclusion to their campaign, while Serse Cosmi's hosts remain without a win on the road all season after a 3-2 loss at Lazio.

We say: Crotone 1-3 Bologna

No matter who takes the field or sits in the dugout at Stadio Ezio Scida, hapless Crotone can find no way of shutting out opponents and are prone to collapse when falling behind.

With a nearly fully-fit squad now at his disposal, Sinisa Mihajlovic has eased his team up the standings and clear of relegation concerns, so can play with the handbrake off against limited opposition on Saturday.

Our tipster partners are predicting a double chance bet on a home win or an away win.

Spezia vs. Cagliari (Saturday, 5.00pm)

A crucial clash near the bottom of the table sees Spezia welcome 18th-placed Cagliari to Stadio Alberto Picco on Saturday, with the hosts possessing a precarious four-point lead over their Sardinian rivals in the standings.

Without a win in five, the Aquilotti are in danger of being sucked into the dogfight for Serie A survival, while their visitors have experienced a clear benefit from the 'new manager effect' but are still inside the drop zone.

We say: Spezia 1-1 Cagliari

With much at stake as two sides in peril meet at the Picco, there is unlikely to be an abundance of goals - Cagliari can therefore continue a positive spell of form with an away draw.

Perhaps a point apiece going into the international break will suffice for both bosses in the end, keeping their respective points tallies ticking over and preventing a close rival from gaining a potentially precious advantage at the wrong end of the Serie A standings.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.
