Bury sign William Edjenguele

Bury have completed the signing of former Coventry City defender William Edjenguele on a one-year deal.

The 26-year-old was a free agent after his contract with the Sky Blues was terminated by mutual consent on Wednesday.

Bury boss Kevin Blackwell told the club's official website: "He's played alongside [fellow summer signing] Nathan Cameron at Coventry.

"Hopefully that will enable him to gel into the squad much quicker and be an obvious benefit for us."

Edjenguele made 40 appearances for Coventry last season.
