Burnley sign Micah Evans on one-year professional deal

Burnley have announced that midfielder Micah Evans has joined the club on a one-year professional contract.

The 20-year-old has been rewarded with the terms following several months with the Championship outfit.

Evans was released by the Clarets' fellow league club Blackburn Rovers in the summer after coming through the youth system at Ewood Park.

The midfielder, who has competed in Burnley's Development Squad, has experienced loan stints at Accrington Stanley, Chesterfield and Macclesfield Town in his career.
