Burnley midfielder Joey Barton has claimed that Sean Dyche is the best manager he has worked with during his career.
Barton, who joined Burnley on a free transfer in the summer transfer window, is hoping to return to the Premier League with his new club after leaving Queens Park Rangers at the end of last season.
The Clarets are currently just two points behind Hull City and Brighton & Hove Albion, and the former Manchester City and Newcastle United midfielder believes that Dyche will be crucial to any success the club enjoy.
"I would honestly have to answer that he's probably the best manager I've worked with," he told reporters.
"I really believe that his attention to detail, his man management and the way he goes about it means there is a very clear vision for how the wants us to operate."
Burnley, who are on a seven-game unbeaten run, host Brighton on Sunday.
