Bristol City's Aden Flint one of four nominees for League One Player of the Month

The four nominees for March's League One Player of the Month have been revealed as Billy Clarke, Aden Flint, Ian Henderson and Daniel Johnson.

Bradford City's Clarke played a starring role for the Bantams last month, setting up goals and also scoring both in the win over Oldham Athletic.

Defender Flint earns his third nomination of the season after scoring three goals for leaders Bristol City to take his tally for the season to nine. He also scored the opener at Wembley to help the Robins win the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.

Rochdale striker Henderson scored five goals last month to make it 18 in 38 league games this season.

Finally, Preston North End's Johnson scored three goals from midfield, helping the Lilywhites to an unbeaten month.

The winner will be announced on Friday.
