Championship roundup: Wolverhampton Wanderers win title, Sunderland relegated

Wolverhampton Wanderers have clinched the Championship title thanks to a 4-0 victory at Bolton Wanderers.

Barry Douglas, Benik Afobe, Diogo Jota and Conor Coady were all on the scoresheet as Wolves ran riot at the Macron Stadium to seal first place in the table.
