Brazil come into Thursday's Copa America clash against Colombia with a clean bill of health, and manager Tite has a deep and quality-filled squad to pick his XI from.

He rotated heavily between the first two games, making six changes, with the likes of Liverpool midfielder Fabinho and Chelsea centre-back Thiago Silva coming in for that match.

Forward Gabriel Barbosa also came into the side in the second match after finding the net in their opening win, but his spot is equally at risk given Brazil's immense collection of talent going forward.

Tite is expected to continue his rotation on Thursday, with the likes of Richarlison, Marquinhos and Casemiro potentially lined up for starts.

Casemiro will look to rejoin the side after shining in the opening win, potentially joining Liverpool enforcer Fabinho in a strong midfield pairing.

Meanwhile, talisman Neymar should be exempt from rotation, keeping his spot in the front line having hit two goals and an assist in the opening two games, making him one of the standout performers across the tournament so far.

They key dilemma for the manager arguably comes between the sticks, with Liverpool's Alisson Becker and Manchester City's Ederson battling for the number one spot, having each played one of the opening two games.

Brazil possible starting lineup: Ederson; Danilo, Militao, Marquinhos, Sandro; Richarlison, Fabinho, Casemiro, Everton; Neymar, Jesus
