The staging of Sunday's game was thrown into doubt yesterday when Judge Gracia Cristina do Rosario suspended it due to concerns over fan safety.
However, the injunction has now been annulled, allowing the match to go ahead.
Roy Hodgson's team travelled to Rio following a 1-1 draw with the Republic of Ireland on Wednesday.
