Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's National League fixtures, including Halifax vs. Rochdale

Braintree Town play host to Wealdstone on Wednesday night looking for the win that would move them clear of the National League relegation zone.

However, should they lose to their 21st-placed opponents at Cressing Road, Wealdstone will be within two points.

We say: Braintree Town 1-1 Wealdstone

With both teams entering this fixture on the back of a win, confidence will be higher than it has been in some time. As a result, we feel that a competitive draw is most likely, a result that would suit the home team more than their opponents.

Eastleigh vs. Dag & Red (Wednesday, 7.45pm)

Eastleigh, looking to build on their recent victory against Aldershot Town, will host relegation-threatened Dagenham & Redbridge at the Silverlake Stadium on Wednesday night in the National League.

The hosts ended a miserable four-game losing streak by beating Aldershot 2-0 last time out, while the visitors are without a win in their last six coming into this one.

We say: Eastleigh 2-1 Dagenham & Redbridge

Eastleigh will be boosted from their recent victory, while Dag & Red are winless in their last seven league matches, leading us to expect a home win here.

Halifax vs. Rochdale (Wednesday, 7.45pm)

A key battle in the fight for National League playoff places will take place at The Shay on Wednesday, as Halifax Town welcome Rochdale.

The hosts currently sit sixth, while their visitors are seven points behind in eighth spot but with four games in hand and three in hand on Altrincham in the final top-seven place.

We say: Halifax Town 1-1 Rochdale

With both sides boasting plenty of quality and having experienced very similar seasons, given the visitors trail by seven points with four games in hand, we anticipate a tight and hard-fought contest at The Shay on Wednesday and see a share of the points as the most likely outcome.

Woking vs. Solihull (Wednesday, 7.45pm)

Woking play host to Solihull Moors on Wednesday night with the opportunity to extend the breathing space between themselves and the relegation zone.

At a time when the home side sit in 16th position in the National League table, Solihull are 11th are a dismal run of form.

We say: Woking 1-2 Solihull Moors

With Taylor still searching for his first notable win at Solihull, Woking will view this as an ideal opportunity to make progress up the standings. Nevertheless, we are backing Solihull to finally find some form and get three points on the board to kick-start their playoff bid.
