Henrikh Mkhitaryan: 'Whole world will watch Bayern Munich match'

Borussia Dortmund midfielder eyes victory against Bayern Munich to get their title bid back on track, a match he thinks the whole world will be watching.

Borussia Dortmund midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan has declared that his side must look forward rather than dwell on successive defeats, focusing on a top-of-the-table clash with Bayern Munich that he thinks will be watched all around the world.

Jurgen Klopp's side suffered their second Bundesliga defeat of the season at Wolfsburg at the weekend, three days after a 1-0 loss to Arsenal in the Champions League.

Dortmund are now four points behind Bayern ahead of their meeting at Signal-Iduna Park on November 23, a match Mkhitaryan admits BVB are desperate to win in their bid to close the gap.

He told the Bundesliga's official website: "We lost [at Wolfsburg] and we'll have to discuss that amongst ourselves.

"We didn't concentrate well enough and showed a bit of tiredness. We're now four points behind Bayern, so we really want to win the next game against them. The whole world will be watching."

The 24-year-old has quickly become a consistent starter for Dortmund since his summer switch from Shakhtar Donetsk, scoring four times in 14 appearances so far this season.
