Konstantin Engel relising Borussia Dortmund test

Konstantin Engel reveals his excitement as FC Ingolstadt 04 prepare for the visit of Borussia Dortmund in their second Bundesliga game.

FC Ingolstadt 04 defender Konstantin Engel has admitted that he is "curious" to see how the team will perform against Borussia Dortmund on Sunday.

After starting their first ever Bundesliga campaign with a 1-0 victory over Mainz 05 last weekend, Ingolstadt will host a Dortmund side full of confidence following their emphatic triumph against Borussia Monchengladbach and Engel claims that the excitement in the dressing room is obvious.

"We have all been looking forward to this game," he told the club's official website. "It will be nice to be able to play again at home and also to have a full house against a great team.

"I'm curious to see how capable we are against such an opponent. Dortmund are strong in attack and play pressing football.

"They have very good strikers who are very dangerous, but we will do our best."

Ingolstadt have never played Dortmund in a competitive fixture.
