Preview: Borussia Dortmund vs. Galatasaray

Sports Mole previews Tuesday's Champions League meeting between Borussia Dortmund and Galatasaray at Signal Iduna Park.

For Borussia Dortmund supporters, watching their team play in the Champions League once again this week will come as a relief.

Jurgen Klopp's side continued their dismal Bundesliga form with a 2-1 defeat to rivals Bayern Munich on Saturday, but they will have the chance to gain confidence on Tuesday.

Dortmund have won all three of their group games so far, and will secure a spot in the next round with another victory.

However, they will host their Turkish opponents without the services of influential captain Mats Hummels, who is expected to be out for around three weeks with a foot injury.

For Galatasaray, who have earned just one point at the halfway stage of their group campaign, the big challenge will be to avoid another heavy defeat after slipping to a 4-0 defeat against the same opponent a fortnight ago.

However, Cesare Prandelli's side do head into the game having returned to form with a 2-1 victory over Kasimpasa on Friday evening.

Wesley Sneijder and Goran Pandev both started that match on the bench, but the pair are likely to return in Germany.
