Jurgen Klopp "dreaming" of reaching Champions League final

Klopp "dreaming" of reaching final

Borussia Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp has admitted that his side are already dreaming of playing in the Champions League final.

Dortmund are favourites to progress to next month's Wembley showcase after beating Real Madrid 4-1 in the semi-final first leg last week.

The two sides will face each other again in the second leg tomorrow night, and Klopp believes that his side's team spirit will see them through to the final for the first time since 1997.

"At the beginning of the season we were already feeling like this. Last year we played wonderfully in the Champions League, but we weren't successful," said the 45-year-old.

"We have already started to dream about this, but I think this happens to all other teams in the competition, they all dream of the final.

"We have the feeling of a very good team. We know the best team with the individual qualities does not win. The team with best collective quality wins."

If Dortmund progress past tomorrow's match, then they will face either Barcelona or Bayern Munich in the final next month.
