Borussia Dortmund secured a place in the knockout stages with a 4-1 success over Galatasaray at Signal Iduna Park on Tuesday night.
Marco Reus and Sokratis Papastathopoulos handed the hosts a comfortable lead with goals either side of the interval, but Hakan Balta reduced the deficit with a powerful header.
However, there would be now way back for Galatasaray as Ciro Immobile came off the bench to find the net before Semih Kaya's own goal handed Dortmund a fourth.

Was the result fair?
Absolutely. Borussia Dortmund once again managed to put their Bundesliga troubles to one side as they eased to a comfortable win. This game was very similar to the reverse fixture last month as Galatasaray struggled to look threatening for long periods and allowed Dortmund's creative players to find too much space. Galatasaray's biggest supporters will admit their side were not good enough to match the hosts, who didn't need to move out of third gear.
Borussia Dortmund's performance
As mentioned above, Dortmund were not at their best, but they didn't need to be to pick up three points. Jurgen Klopp's side took a while to find their passing rhythm and relied on a strong defensive performance this evening. However, they showed glimpses of what they can do going forward, with Immobile's goal proving what Dortmund can do when given the opportunity to break in numbers. There's room for improvement, but Klopp will be very happy to record such a comfortable win.
Galatasaray's performance
Cesare Prandelli has changed his formation, his team and his tactics in Group D, but nothing seems to be working. Galatasaray only played well in five-minute spells tonight, and they were punished for losing their concentration on too many occasions. Despite looking defensively solid early on, the visitors only had themselves to blame as Reus slotted home the opener before Sokratis found space in the six-yard box to make it 2-0. As soon as Galatasaray fall behind, it doesn't look like they have what it takes to come back. It was another frustrating night for Prandelli and his players.
Sports Mole's man of the match
Sokratis Papastathopoulos: The Greek defender wasn't facing the strongest Galatasaray attack, but he rarely put a foot wrong alongside Neven Subotic. In the absence of Mats Hummels, he led the back four superbly and took his goal well at the other end.
Biggest gaffe
Galatasaray were punished earlier in the competition when their supporters threw flares onto the pitch during the game against Arsenal. Tonight, the behaviour was even worse. Despite pleas from the players on the pitch, the visitors caused the game to be stopped early in the second half when flares were thrown and the match was halted once again when a flare was thrown into the Dortmund end. UEFA are certain to punish the club for the incidents.
Referee performance
Pavel Kralovec had as much to deal with off the pitch as he did on it, but the Czech official managed to make it through the match without making any big mistakes.
What next?
Borussia Dortmund: Klopp's side will look to end a five-game losing run in the Bundesliga when they host Borussia Monchengladbach on Sunday.
Galatasaray: Karabukspor take on Prandelli's side on Saturday afternoon.
