The 24-year-old was one of Bolton's star performers last season despite their relegation from the Premier League, and he has reportedly attracted a host of interest.
According to The Sun, interested parties will have to pay at least £5m in order to secure the former Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder.
Davies has made 86 league appearances for Bolton.
