Owen Coyle reveals that Chung-Yong Lee could make his first Premier League start for Bolton Wanderers in their crucial match against Stoke City on Sunday.

Bolton Wanderers manager Owen Coyle has hinted that Chung-Yong Lee could start his first game in the Premier League this season against Stoke City on Sunday.

Coyle's team need to win this weekend to stand any chance of avoiding relegation to the Championship and Lee could be called upon following his brief substitute appearance against West Bromwich Albion last Saturday.

The former Burnley manager said: "Whether he's at the point where he can start games is difficult because we wouldn't want to do anything that could harm his long-term well being.

"But for that brief period against West Brom you could see his quality and if he continues to improve as he has done then we'll have to see what can happen against Stoke."

Bolton are currently 18th in the Premier League.
