Blackburn Rovers goalkeeper Jake Kean completes Yeovil Town loan switch

Blackburn Rovers goalkeeper Jake Kean has joined Yeovil Town on an initial one-month loan deal.

The 23-year-old has been pushed down the pecking order at Ewood Park this season following Jason Steele's arrival from Middlesbrough.

Kean, who has spent previous spells on loan at Hartlepool United and Rochdale, made a total of 18 appearances for Rovers during the last campaign.

Yeovil are currently in 16th place in the League One table after taking eight points from their opening seven games.
